Naturopathic Nutrition

At Sowelu we don’t believe in giving you a list of what not to do and sending you on your way. Naturopathic Nutrition is about looking into your current diet and lifestyle and finding ways to constantly improve upon it. You’ll be armed with recipes, meal plans, and information on how to read labels and what to look out for.
Changing your diet isn’t always about weight loss; at Sowelu we believe that food can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. With that in mind Karina can help you to plan healthy meals, adapt recipes to suit your needs and can even arrange private cooking lessons to ensure you have all the skills to change your life.

Occasionally Nutritional supplements are necessary. Soil depletion, previous lifestyle choices, smoking and stress, can all lead to deficiencies in certain vitamins and minerals. In many cases supplementation is short term while we make dietary and lifestyle changes. However some people will require long term supplementation in order to achieve and maintain optimal health.
